Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include the packing slip to help our warehouse team process your request faster.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest eco-friendly carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
